Chef and owner, Rob Robinson, at our Kitty Hawk Mexican restaurant is no stranger to the diverse flavors of Baja California and Mexico. His five years living and working in California as well as traveling to both Baja and mainland Mexico started his love for the dynamic flavors of these regions. The cuisine of these regions has so much more to offer than what is often presented by the typical “Mexican” restaurant across America. It is this driving force that we strive to reflect.
